Bucie

Some artists work for years to earn the name diva and be considered rock stars. But there are the elite few who are born just that.

BUCIE belongs to that select list. Loaded with unique vocal capabilities, sumptuous looks and captivating moves, the immensely talented Bucie set the South African music scene ablaze with her sure-fire debut album "Rock Star" released in her co-owned Label Demor Music. However it was the single "Turn Me On", her collaboration with Black Coffee, that first earned her international success.

BUCIE and Black Coffee brought their magic together again with their smash world wide HIT Superman that topped the download charts on traxsource/Afrodesiamp3 and earned the duo award nominations and went on to scoop SAMA awards, Channel 0 awards and metro FM awards and MTV BASE awards nomination. This Bucie Black coffee collaboration has recently earned them the nomination at the The 2011 Annual Miami Winter Music Conference. "Your Kiss" taken from her second long-player outing, with a pivotal package including versions by Ralf GUM, DJ Christos, Andy Compton and Demor's Original was released in South Africa and manifested Bucie's relevance in contemporary soulful dance music.
